With a total area of 6.900 sqm, the warehouse is occupied by operator TXT.
The transaction, advised by CBRE, keeps consolidating Zaragoza as one of the main alternatives to Madrid and Barcelona in terms of logistic investment. In 2019, the investment volume surpassed 160 million euro.
