According to El Mundo, this project will be developed in two stages, the first with 110 dwellings and the second with 60. Construction should start in this year’s third quarter, with the complex being delievered in 2021, for a total investment of 80 million euro, reports EjePrime.
Portugal is an atttractive destination for Gestilar, since there is «an important imbalance between offer and demand, a growing economy and significant foreign investment», comments Javier García-Valcárcel, Gestilar’s CEO.
The project which is added to a portfolio of more than 1.000 dwellings in Spain, will be designed by architectural firm Saraiva + Associados, a partner that «understands the developer’s needs, has an international presence which allows it to be familiar with clients from different countries and cultures, and which is very professional», comments the CEO.
