This year, Spain reinforced its promotion at MIPIM, namely through the Spanish Pavilion, that gathered more than 40 private companies to promote the Spanish real estate market.
Albert Castro, representing MIPIM in Iberia, confirms «a fantastic week» at the Spanish Pavilion at MIPIM, an event he considers «the best platform for our public and private parners to promote our cities & regions, and present our projects to a global audience».
Oh the 14th of march, took place the conference “Client Centricity: Adapting Solutions for higher returns in Spain”, sponsored by Gesvalt and Roca Junyent. The discussion happened in a time when the real estate sector in Spain is experiencing important changes. It is essential to adapt to the preferences of consumers -immersed in the "sharing economy"- as well as to a changing market. The industrialized construction, coworking, coliving, the impact of the PropTech and their influence on Investment were some of discussed topics.

Sareb was present with a dynamic own stand
This year, spanish Sareb was represented at MIPIM with a solo stand, where it promoted a vast offer of real estate assets, such as land, offices, hotels, logistics or residential.
These sum up to more than 6 million square meters of urban land, located in more than 30 different Spanish regions.
