This meeting, focused on international real estate investment and development, gathered dozens of specialists and professionals from real estate around such subjects as Spain’s attractiveness internationally. The importance of internationalization and the continuous attraction of foreign investment to the country gathered consensus among the stakeholders present, who highlighted the good period Spanish (and Iberian) real estate is going through.
Within this context, Spain and its main real estate investment destinations will strengthen their position at MIPIM 2019 with a big stand for the country, which will gather the main companies in real estate, with the support of ICEX - Invest in Spain.
The event hosted speakers such as Álvaro Otero Moyano, from CMS Albiñana & Suárez from Lezo; Arturo Malingre, from Iberian Property; Luis Martín Guirado, from Gesvalt and Albert Castro, representive from MIPIM in the Iberian Peninsula.
Gathered around the debate round table over the theme «Spain as an international investment destiny and investment trends» were Jordi Argemí García, CFO, Neinor Homes; Jaime Montalvo, from ICEX - Invest in Spain; Luis Martín Guirado, from Gesvalt; and Ignacio Meylán, from Sareb, in a discussion moderated by Álvaro Otero Moyano.
