The building, located at number 20 in Méndez Álvaro street, in front of Atocha train station, is owned by Inversiones y Patrimonio Castellana and has been completely restored recently. Spaces rented the whole building, which encompasses 5.580 sqm divided by five floors plus the commercial location facing the street. In Madrid, this opening represents the 25th centre in the city.
On the other hand, in Torre MAPFRE’s case, the office flexible spaces’ company will occupy more than 3.000 sqm in four floors, 26th and 27th at the top of the tower, and the lower floors 2 and 3, recently restored during the building’s last reformation. This is IWG Group’s 13th centre in Barcelona.
