Reify. is the name of the new brand of Sonae Sierra, specialist in architecture, engineering, project and construction management, intelligent and licensing, which reinforces the focus on offering multidisciplinary services to real estate investors. With a local presence in 13 cities and 300 projects developed in more than 30 countries, it has 200 professionals in the areas of architecture, engineering, project management, intelligence and licensing to create, renew and improve projects, assets and urban spaces.
Until now designated as Sierra Development Services, Reify. will continue to create, manage and materialize innovative, sustainable and inspiring projects in various sectors of real estate: Urban Planning, Multi-Purpose, Health, Hospitality, Offices, Residential, Retail, Student and Senior Residences, Education and Transport.

Portfolio projects
Currently, Reify. has a multipurpose residential, office and retail project in the center of Lisbon; a multipurpose project for offices and housing in Saldanha; a new office building next to Centro Colombo, both also in Lisbon; the Umay sustainable boutique resort in Melides; a senior residence in Grândola; and the renovation of the Bom Sucesso Market, in Porto.
Reify. it is also involved in the development of several student residences in Portugal and Spain, and in the refurbishment of two historic retail buildings, Quarree Wandsbek and Mercado, in Hamburg, Germany. He recently joined a consortium for the design of a hospital in Bogotá, Colombia; developed a masterplan in São Paulo, Brazil, which includes offices, hotels, residential and transportation and another in Bucharest, Romania, for 1,000,000 sqm of construction. He also designed the expansion and renovation of the Eurovea project in Bratislava, Slovakia, with the work going on, and designed multipurpose projects for TGV stations in Morocco.
The CityLife Shopping District in Milan, Italy also stands out from its international portfolio, which was recently developed in partnership with the Zaha Hadid Architects studio (Pritzker in 2004) and which is one of the largest and most important urban regeneration projects in Europe.
