The news is reported by ECO, according to whom these buildings which are part of the «Boavista Upscale» portfolio, belong to a fund estimated at 70 million euro. This is the minimum amount the company will accept to for the deal. The hotel alone is estimated at 34 million euro, and there is no lack of interested parties, according to sources who spoke to the newspaper.
According to the portfolio’s prospectus, to which ECO had access, the portfolio includes the 5-star hotel building, which will keep being explored by Sonae Capital, and two office buildings with a total combined area of 47.352 sqm.
