The 4 star unit has 30 studios, 10 standard suites, 129 one bedroom suites and four family suites. It also has 4 swimming pools, a spa with massage service, restaurant and bar, hairdresser and other amenities.
According to Sonae Capital’s release, «this operation’s integration in Sonae Capital’s Hotel segment will enrich the current portfolio with another operation in the Sun and Beach segment (adding to the Troia Resort operations), with a positive contribution in terms of EBITDA, and developin a network within the operation».
«As a result of these developments, Sonae Capital’s Hotel segment will have six more units under management, being present in Porto and in Lisbon (city-break segment), as well as in Lagos and in Troia (Sun and Beach segment).
