The value of the operation, according to sources, reaches 200 million euro and the three assets will generate yearly rents of around 13 million euro. The news, reported by daily newspaper Cinco Días, identifies Carmen Godia, one of the wealthiest people in Catalonia, as the buyer.
Solvia closed one of the most relevant deals in real estate this year, which created a great buzz among national and international investors.
The company noted that «this operation is a clear example of Solvia’s ability in managing and consulting this type of unique assets, boosting investment in the alternative sector and strengthning once again the investors’ confidence in real estate».
