Ana Gomes, Partner and director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Urban Development and Renewal team, commented: «we are very proud to contribute proactively towards one more deal in this path of regeneration and modernisation which the city of Lisbon continues to follow, particularly during such an atypical and unique year as was 2020. This is also a clear indicator that the demand for well-located and well-positioned buildings to strengthen the mid-high level housing market in the city remains, despite the unfavourable situation and the break in terms of tourism».
