Social housing project in Madrid estimated at €3.000M can go ahead

Los Berrocales residential project, which encompasses 22.287 houses until 2034, obtained the green light from Madrid’s City Hall to move forward. This project should require a total investment estimated at 3.000 million euro.

The Junta de Compensación de los Berrocales will be in charge of managing the 761 million euro for the urbanization works, according to Eje Prime.

The terrain in the Spanish capital has about 8.3 million sqm and in it will be built more than 11.000 dwellings with social protection, destined for the rental market.
