SIMAtech, part of SIMApro, the professional event held in parallel to SIMA, will explore the causes of its success and progressive implementation in the Spanish real estate sector.
The SIMAtech program will start, on May 30, with a general presentation of the proptech situation in Spain, to continue with the analysis of Big Data or artificial intelligence as indispensable tools to know the residential demand of an area and optimize sales. SIMAtech will also explore the real influence that, in the promoter business, are having alternative financing systems, such as crowdfunding and crowdlending, as well as the added value that virtual reality and augmented reality bring to the real estate business.
SIMAtech will dedicate two panels to explain, on the one hand, the keys to develop and implement a successful proptech strategy and, on the other, which proptech strategies are the most appropriate for the commercialization of the real estate asset and in its relationship with the client as of the radical change that these technologies are using in conventional marketing strategies.
The SIMAtech program will also dedicate a special section to discuss the influence of proptech in making investment decisions and asset management, and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of using the Blockchain as a mechanism, among others, of disintermediation and saving of costs, time and risks in the registration of a property.
