All the sector’s key themes will be discussed during this edition by a panel composed by more than 100 experts: from development to housing, investment, innovation and the future of the Spanish real estate market.
With the motto «Leading Change Together», this year’s edition of SIMAPRO will take a hybrid format, with the live component taking place on the 11th and 12th of November at the SIMAPRO Live Show. The online sessions are scheduled for the 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th and 26th of November.
«SIMAPRO will be a global event, technological, dynamic, participative and with all the prime contents», assured Eloy Bohúa, CEO of Planner Exhibitions, the event’s organiser. «This is a unique and different event since its program was designed to layout the keys to the real estate business’s current situation and position it as one the engines for the recovery of our economy», explained Eloy Bohúa.
SIMAPRO 2020 will have the support of ST Sociedad de Tasación (Knowledge Partner), Servihabitat (Leading Partner), Básico Homes, Gloval (Silver Partners), Habitat, Kronos Homes (Bronze Partners) and Tinsa Digital (Data Partner). The brands from Grupo Iberinmo Vida Imobiliária, Observatorio Inmobiliario, Iberian Property and Centros Comerciales will be Media Partners at this event.
It should be recalled that Madrid’s real estate fair SIMA was rescheduled for May 2021 due to the pandemic evolution in the country.
