Integrated within the Vara de Quart complex in Valencia, located at Calle Fusters, the 8.259 sqm building has 4 floors, revealed the operations advisor BNP Paribas Real Estate in a release.
For Bluespace, this acquisition is part of its expansion plans for Valencia, where it already owns 3 self-storage units: in Mislata, Valencia capital (Campanar area) and the recently expanded Alfafar centre. The company currently has a total 40 units located also in Barcelona and Madrid.
For Mazabi’s REIT, this sale represents «a new step forward towards building an ideal portfolio, which will allow us to reach the goals established within our growth plan for 2020 approved by the Shareholders», it can be read in the document released last week. The acquisitions Silicius has carried out over the last 12 months increased its portfolio in such a way that it currently has a total 38 assets estimated at 650 million euro.
This operation also reinforced the dynamics of the Valencia logistics market which had been growing since 2019.
