The assets are the Thader Shopping centre – which is located in Murcia and has 66.472 sqm -, the La Fira Centre Comercial, located in Tarragona with 29.013 sqm, and also a commercial space occupied by Leroy Merlin in Madrid.
Once this operation is concluded, Mazabi’s asset management REIT will be managing a portfolio estimated at 650 million euro, 35% away from reaching 1.000 million in assets under its management, so that it can then be listed at the Spanish alternative Stock Exchange.
