The Bahía Plaza shopping centre is located in Cadiz, Spain. According to Spanish daily newspaper Eje Prime, the asset has a 19.190 sqm GLA and is currently almost fully leased – 98%.
With this operation, the building’s former owners became shareholders of the REIT. However, the share they own in the company was not disclosed.
This is not the first operation of this type carried out by the REIT this year. In May, the company managed by Mazabi increased its capital in 40 million euro, incorporating 5 assets into its portfolio.
