The buildings bought by Silicius in this operation are three retail establishments located in Madrid, at Paseo de la Habana, 16; Conde de Peñalver, 60, and Felipe V, 2; plus a building located at Plaza Mayor, 6 (Madrid) with a 348 sqm GLA and several residential and commercial tenants and an industrial warehouse in Quart De Poblet (Valencia).
Silicius keeps adding value and increasing its portfolio so as to reach the required dimension and structure in order to be listed at the Stock Exchange.
Silicius currently has 22 assets of different typologies estimated at 168 million euro with annual rents above 8.5 million euro.
