The supermarket will continue to operate in this space of 2000 m2 under lease, a sale & leaseback operation. The operation is part of Eroski's business plan, "which includes the divestiture of real estate assets to focus on our commercial activity", explains the director of Real Estate Development and Services of Eroski, Javier España.
The property is part of the new urban development area of San Bartolomé Muinoa, which will have more than 13,000 m2 of open space, gardens, squares or other equipment, in line with the construction of 534 new housing.
