António Braz, Gesvalt CEO for Portugal, who acted in this deal, told the same source that, there is for these terrains, located near the Alegro Shopping Centre, in Alfragide, «a masterplan which predicts the construction of a shopping centre and offices and services unit». The projects «are being concluded by the architects», but the project’s developer is not yet known.
This is Jackyl’s second purchase in Portugal, after, last year, having been involved in buying the Pastelaria Suíça block, in Rossio, for 62 million euro. According to the CEO, the company will keep analyzing investment opportunities in our country.
