Segro is betting on added value assets and, according to the release issued this Monday, its goal is to reach a 1.000 million euro portfolio in Spain.
The company currently owns several units which have a total combined area of 440.000 sqm. Amongst these units are Segro Logistics Park Getafe I and Getafe II (Madrid) and Segro Logistics Park Rubí (Barcelona).
Concerning the results of the first quarter and predictions for 2020-2021, David Alcázar, SEGRO España’s CEO, stated: «We want to grow focused on the quality of the assets and prioritise strategic locations in order to create a privileged urban and logistic distribution asset portfolio. Hence, we focus on generating high added value spaces both for SMEs and for large companies».
