The latter should contribute with terrains, specifically assets such as the terrains in Rambla Guipúzcoa, Bonaplata and Can Batlló II, in Barcelona, besides assets in Torreblanca in Sant Just Desvern, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona and Terrassa, states EjePrime.
When operating in full, the new society should reach an estimated value of 1000 million euro.
