The company acquired a logistic centre in the Madrid district of Coslada for a total 9.2 million euro. The name of the seller was not disclosed, but newspaper Expansión reported last week that DHL Freight Spain will remain in the building for at least a further 10 years. This means that the building’s profitability – which is around 5% - is secured in the long term.
This is a logistic centre which offers a total area of 8.677 sqm, with 6.785 sqm destined to logistic use and 1.892 sqm to offices.
