Savills will sell the Valdebebas «commercial pill»

The Valdebebas Junta de Compensación (Management Board) decided to grant real estate consultant Savills the marketing of the terrains which form the so called «commercial pill» contemplated in this reference urban development in the city of Madrid.

The agreement implies the commercial launch of this 145.794 sqm buildable commercial and leisure plot, along with a 36.448.50 sqm buildable office plot and 24.500 sqm of green areas and parks.
