This department will join the range of services offered by Savills Portugal within several real estate segments such as investment, architecture, property management, facility management, market surveys, assessments, among others. «Savills Portugal intends to offer a range of integrated services and the marketing of housing buildings, which was what we needed to offer a full service as an agency», stated Patrícia de Melo e Liz, the consultant’s CEO.
She further added that «we could not ignore the housing market’s growth levels and the predictions for this segment which keep showing an excellent dynamic. On the other hand, the maturity of any market requires more demanding levels of expertise and we believe we can provide that expertise based on both the experience of our parent company in the United Kingdom on a global scale and our own knowledge on a local scale».
Hugo Thistlethwayte, Head of Global Residential Operations at Savills mentioned in a release that «Lisbon is a fantastic city and a key market for us.
