After integrating Zaphir Asset Management and acquired to Aguirre Newman, Savills IM wants to have a portfolio of assets in Iberia of around €2,000 million, which compares with the current €480 million.
According to Fernando Ramírez de Haro, director of the Spanish office of the company, this is the repositioning that Savills IM wants to follow in Spain, assessing investments of €750 million only in Spain, with particular attention to the retail and offices, not neglecting the logistics.
