On the whole, the operations included 1.300 million euro in divestments and 2.200 million euro in acquisitions. The company currently manages a record 20.750 million euro in assets.
Savills IM carried out 81 operations in 16 countries in 2019 and, amongst those operations, the most relevant were a logistic portfolio in Germany and a 5 asset portfolio in Poland.
One of the key launches was that of third generation fund European Logistics Fund 3 (ELF 3) in September, which reinforces Savills IM’s bet on high quality cross-docking, distribution and fulfilment centres. The fund already has capital commitments which surpass 160 million euro.
Additionally, the group carried out operations within the office segment. The largest were the ones carried out in Dublin, Munich and Nuremberg for different investors.
«Logistics too was a key segment in the Spanish market in 2019, within which we carried out operations such as the acquisition of a logistic platform located in PLAZA LOGÍSTICA in Zaragoza, Mainland Europe’s largest logistic hub. This segment will, without a doubt, remain fundamental for our investment goals in the coming months», commented Savills Investment Management for Spain and Portugal’s general manager, Fernando Ramírez de Haro.
