Kelly has an extensive experience with the real estate markets of Spain and Portugal and his latest post was as senior vice-president at Cerberus. He worked for more than twelve years at JLL in their offices in Madrid and Barcelona, where he held different posts, having been in charge of, among others, Office Capital Markets and Land and Housing.
Kelly will be integrated in Savills IM’s office in Madrid, and will report to the Head of Spain and Portugal, Fernando Ramírez de Haro.
Savills IM currently manages 24 assets in Spain and Portugal, estimated at a total combined amount of around 900 million euro. The firm is an international real estate investment company with offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Katowice, Kuala Lumpur, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris, Singapore, Stockholm, St. Helier, Sydney, Tokyo and Warsaw. On the 31st of December 2020, Savills IM managed assets for approximately 21.2 billion euro.
