Rubén Rubio, New Logistics Director at Savills Aguirre Newman
Rubio, who will specialise in industrial/logistics transactions, has been appointed in response to the firm’s commitment to the sector in which it has positioned itself as a “leader” not only in the capital but further afield in other regional locations.
Starting his career in the capital markets and logistics team at CBRE, Rubio has over 18 years’ experience in the real estate sector. He has also, more recently, spent time at Cushman & Wakefield in their logistics investment team as well as holding a position at Valliance Asset Management.
He holds a degree in Business Science from the Complutense University of Madrid as well as a degree from the King Juan Carlos University.

According to Savills Aguirre Newman’s most recent logistics report, logistics investment in Spain reached a record high of 1.905 billion euro in 2019.
