The 'NYX Bilbao' with 105 rooms will open its doors in the spring of 2019, occupying an emblematic building in the heart of the Biscayan capital - the historic 'Hotel Inglaterra' and former headquarters of Laboral Kutxa - which will be transformed into a luxurious hotel lifestyle, by the architect Borja Angulo.
It will be the second hotel of the lifestyle brand 'NYX' that the Leonardo group will open in Spain, after the opening of the 'NYX Madrid' (4E-180) - old 'Gran Atlanta' - planned for the first four months of 2018.
Hogan Lovells acted as legal advisor to Leonardo in the operation and Savills Aguirre Newman as a hotel consultant.
