This is the first transfer of dwellings between Sareb and Témpore as per the deal established between the two for the trespass of a total of 4.200 units.
If approved at the next meeting on the 3rd of December, the operation will result in a non-cash capital increase: Témpore should issue a package of 12,4 million ordinary shares valued at 1 euro each.
