The sale is part of an operation whereby the joint venture has purchased 70% of the gross leasable area (GLA) of the complex from various owners, for a value close to €140 million.
Sareb had a 40% stake in Parque Corredor, the main commercial destination in the East of Madrid, the Corredor del Henares. The complex hosts more than 180 stores on 123,000 square meters of commercial space.
