The new publicity for the campaign , “Casas de Estreno” including residential assets of various kinds divided among 16 autonomous communities in Spain, including Andalucía, Aragón, Asturias, The Balearics, The Canaries, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Cataluña, Madrid, Valencia, Extremadura, Galicia, La Rioja, Murcia and Navarra. Just in the Mediterranean arc and in Castilla-La Mancha alone, 650 of these assets are concentrated.
House sale prices range from 17,700 euros for an apartment in Sayago (Zamora)up to 394,417 euros for a chalet of 220 square metres in Das (Girona), according to El Mundo. The campaign will last for three months.
