According to Eco, this asset, which occupies almost an entire block, has been sold directly to the hotel chain, for an undisclosed amount. With 6 floors and an area of around 8,850 m², it is bounded by the streets Ouro, São Nicolau and Sapateiros.
Here is a new hotel unit that adds up to the 13 that the group Sana Hotels already has in Portugal, distributed by Lisbon, Albufeira, Sesimbra and Caldas da Rainha.
It should be recalled that on the same street is also for sale a block of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, and BPI has just sold one block in the same area to a Norfin fund for €66 million.
