The goal of DWS, the asset’s main owner, is to improve its customers’ experience as well as increase the commercial offer, advances Revista Centros Comerciales last week.
With this project «we want to reinforce our identity and positioning, adapting the shopping centre to our clients’ needs so as to offer them a better experience», explains Salera’s manager, Alejandro Galocha, to the same magazine.
The refurbishing project was conceived by consultant CBRE, the same company which is currently in charge of managing the asset. The refurbishing works will be carried out by Exacuo, and should be finished before next Christmas.
