With the alienation of these assets, which includes loan to developer, solar installations or several hotel assets, Sabadell intends to reduce the portfolio of this type of assets, accumulated during the crisis, to the €2,600 million.
This is not the first package of the kind that Sabadell sells. As EjePrime recalls, the first one, of €950 million, was fully purchased by Oaktree fund. However, the project Gregal, of €800 million, was divided between the funds D.E. Shaw, Lindorff and Grove Capital Management.
