According to Spanish Real Estate, the shopping centre is 22.600 square metres in area and includes tenants connected to fashion, restaurants, supermarkets and specialised shops.

To follow, Ian Williamson, investment manager for Encore + in LaSalle Investment Management, said that the purchase has increased the diversification of the fund, with retail exposure now making up a third of the total portfolio, “We see this as an opportunity to create value by repositioning the asset within the core spectrum while maximising its solid foundations.“
