Savills Aguirre Newman has advised Rosalba Gestión on the sale of two nursing homes to Primonial REIM on behalf of Primovie, its investment fund dedicated to the health and education sectors. Rosalba Gestión will continue the management of both centers.
The residences are located in Madrid and Mérida. Specifically, the asset located in Madrid has an area of 7.973 sqm and has been operational since 2006. The residence has 210 beds and 50 day-care places.
On the other hand, the building located in Mérida, operational since 2008, has 11.586 sqm and is in the neighborhood of Los Bodegones. The property has 252 beds and 65 day-care places.
