Antonio Béjar, president of the board of directors of Distrito Castellana Norte; Jaime Echegoyen, president of Sareb and Juan Antonio Alcaraz, CEO of Caixa Bank, received the title of Eminent professionals (or FRICS, by the acronym in English of Fellow RICS) of the organization in recognition of a unique career, characterized by commitment and excellence.
"This year, the RICS Board in Spain has bet on entities from the real estate financial world and we have had the good fortune that these professionals have accepted to be RICS and share with us our values and our will to build a more professional and ethical market", said Eduardo Fernández-Cuesta, president of the RICS Council in Spain, during the event.
Spain is one of the five countries of the European Union with the highest number of RICS accredited. In total, are already 552 Spanish professionals committed to the organization's standards, after 58 new members had joined in the last 18 months.
