The national real estate market is going through a period of generalized optimism, however what is the feeling among the sector’s professionals? How is Portugal positioning itself towards other countries? What direction is investment taking in Portugal?
These and other questions will gather at Palacete dos Viscondes de Balsemão, in Porto, on the coming 25th of January, professionals from all scopes within the real estate sector, at the Iberian Commercial Property Monitor presentation. Francisco Rocha Antunes, RICS’ president, will present the global and local results of the research, which gathers data from thousands of professionals, in 34 countries.
RICS’ president will be joined by Ricardo Valente, city councilman for Economy, Tourism and Commerce at the Porto City Hall, invited to contextualize the city’s economic dynamics with a focus on the city’s real estate market’s expansion.
In this session, Rui Ávila, from Grupo Ferreira, Filipe Lopes, from Cushman & Wakefield, Paulo Silva, from Savills Portugal will also take part in a discussion moderated by António Gil Machado, from Vida Imobiliária.
