This represents an increase of 20% regarding the acquisition prices of the assets. The SOCIMI has made the real estate value to increase in €236M.
The increase reached in the middle of the year is important when compared with the end of June in 2016, when it stand at 9.3%.
José Luis del Valle, President of Lar España, has stated that “the fact that the value of the SOCIMI’ real estate worth almost 20% more than its acquisition value, is the best way to show our shareholders that we are going in the right direction”.
Among the measurements that include management of the Lar España’ properties is the investment in the improvement of public areas in the real estates, relocation and search for new operators, and the acquisition policy of the highest percentage possible regarding the assets, in order to undertake the necessary improvement measurements without limitations.
