The building is located at number 445 Avenida Diagonal, it has more than 550 sqm and a new tenant: IKEA, which should open there its first urban store to follow the Planning Studio concept, revealed Idealista News. Next to this store, there are others occupied by brands such as Zara Home, Maison du Monde, Natura and La loja do gato preto.
The seller of the asset and the price of the transaction were not disclosed, but according to Iberian Property’s estimates, it should be between 15 and 39 million euro.
This was one of the last transactions registered in 2020, a year which, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate reached 9 billion euro in investment, of which retail represented a 24% share.
