A total 114 459 600 shares were issued at 1.43 euro each and, according to Euronext, «these shares are incorporated into the market without the need for a public offering».
The REIT created by Healthcare Activos and Altamar Capital Partners in April 2019 entered this market with a total of 27 assets estimated at 310 million euro. These assets are composed of 18 Elderly Care, two acute hospitals, two rehabilitation hospitals and five diagnostic and daycare clinics. Its tenants ensure long-term rents, as is the case of QuironSalud, Colisee, Maisons de Famille/Amavir, Ballesol, Emera, Viamed and Clece.

According to Euronext, «the incorporation of this Spanish Socimi confirms Euronext's position as a reference market for European companies in the real estate sector and the trust joins another eight Spanish Socimi that have already listed on Euronext in 2020». In total, Euronext currently has a total of 19 Spanish companies listed.
The healthcare real estate sector in Spain has a total volume higher than 20 billion euro and it is expected to keep an annual growth rate of 3% over the next 15 years.
This sector has «unique and attractive market fundamentals due to the ageing population and the positive competitive dynamics of the healthcare sector», revealed the companies in a release.
«The current Covid-19 crisis has evidenced that healthcare is a strategic sector to protect countries' economies. Investment volumes in the sector have been increasing significantly during the last years, due to the critical need to improve and upgrade the current healthcare infrastructure of the main European countries», it concluded.
