Árima certified in this way a NAV (Net Asset Value) of 10.13 euro per share on the 31st of January 2019, which represents a 4% increase over the close of October 2018.
The REIT has a portfolio estimated at 102.1 million euro, according to consultants CBRE and Savills Aguirre Newman, which represents 8.8% more than the acquisition cost, which was 94 million.
In total, the REIT, which has been traded in the continuous market since the 23rd of October, has closed the acquisition of four real estate assets and already invested all the funds provided by its shareholders. These investments, which represent 27.000 leasable sqm and more than 460 parking spots, «are leasable offices with a high potential for increasing its value, which will translate into an attractive return for the shareholders», it is remarked in the company.
To keep expanding its portfolio, Árima has signed a bridge loan with CaixaBank for 30 million euro. The company informs that it has other assets, in line with its business model, under an advanced stage of analysis, which would represent an amount of about 1.500 million euro.
The company looks into the possibility of increasing its capital, to up to 200 million euro, subject to approval by a General Shareholders’ Meeting.
