The amount of the transaction was not disclosed by newspaper El Economista which had reported the news last week. But it is known that this asset has 14.839 sqm and 1.273 parking spots. Amongst its main tenants is supermarket chain Eroski.
This is the third asset of this type NWG incorporates into its portfolio. The other two are the Centro Comercial Málaga Plaza and the Centro Comercial Montecarmelo, located in Madrid.
Redevco was advised by consultant Knight Frank in this operation. Currently the Dutch management company has a 300 asset portfolio estimated at 7.500 million euro.
