This was indicated by Iván Vaqué, member of FIABCI Spain and CEO of Forcadell, at the 13th Inmointer Conference organized by FIABCI Spain in the APCE (Catalan Association of Promoters and Building Constructors) in Barcelona, where was held a round-table about the question "How will new technologies affect the real estate sector?". On the one hand, Mercedes Blanco, partner of Fincas Blanco and first vice president of FIABCI Spain, said that "artificial intelligence will influence the customer experience, because it will be transformed. In a few years they will be able to save costs in the process of buying a house. The relationship with the customer is essential, so it must go hand in hand with the use of cutting-edge technologies".
Ramón Riera, president of FIABCI Spain and FIABCI Europe, opened the event and recalled that "Spain is a candy for the international market, a very attractive country for the sector. Selling Spain is not the same as other countries. Therefore, the role that FIABCI plays internationally to establish business synergies is vital for the real estate sector. Success lies in building bridges between different markets, since we are in the decade of communication and transformation. The possibilities presented by the sector make the present and future of the real estate agent go through knowing how to adapt to this new scenario".
