The information was presented in the TTR-Transactional Track Record report, which showed that the number of transactions and corresponding amounts increased 15.09% and 17.85% yoy, respectively, with the number of transactions reaching a record high, despite the lower amounts.
Last year, real estate represented a total 91 transactions, 5% less than the previous year. The highlight goes to the acquisition of the Tivoli hotels by Invesco, which was the year’s largest real estate operation, for a total 313 million euro.
Real estate was followed by technology with 62 operations, 42% more than during the previous year and finance and insurance, with 46 transactions, an 18% increase, quoted Eco.
