In this period, transactions such as the sale of Dolce Vita Tejo, purchased by AXA Investment Managers for €230 million, or the sale of the portfolio of Sintra Retail Park, Forum Sintra and Forum Montijo for €411 million to Immochan are highlighted. Sonae Sierra and Armórica also purchased Serra Shopping for €32.5 million.
According to Worx Research department accounts, 93% of the investment refers to the retail segment, followed by the offices, with an investment of €28 million.
International investors lead the way, with increasingly diverse nationalities. Liquidity should continue to be directed to real estate opportunities in all segments, namely promotion and offices, estimates the consultant. However, with low yields historical levels, "it is expected that the market may still reduce slightly in the coming months, but increasingly approaching the stabilization path".
Pedro Valente, Capital Markets of Worx, refers that "the performance verified in the first quarter of 2018 proved the forecasts advanced at the end of 2017 about the very positive results expected for the Portuguese Investment Market".
