Specifically, 453 small investors have lent, collectively, €193,000 to a developer for the purchase, small reform, and subsequent rent and sale (five years) of a house, 40 sqm, in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon. The operation has been carried out in 20 days, through the Housers platform.
Housers estimates that for this project a net annual rent return of 4.05% can be reached, and cumulative profitability (rent plus revaluation of the sale) estimated at 5 years of 36.37%.
Housers plans to achieve near to 11 000 users in Portugal, and obtain in a year around €3.5 million to finance to promoters the purchase and renewal of between 10 and 15 properties in Lisbon and Oporto.
