Valencia’s city council’s urban commission has greenlighted the public presentation of the detailed study of the senior residence, which will be located on a complex with more than 10.900 sqm, according to Expansión.
The area where the complex will be constructed is a residential area with single family houses, close to Dénia avenue. The project is expected to generate 60 full time jobs, which has allowed the company to obtain a positive report from the Council’s Local Development Agency and declaring it a priority.
Precisely in Alicante, the Valencian Generalitat’s Government opened, last May, the bidding process for the construction works of a new oncologic day hospital for 1.7 million euro. This project is part of hospital Sant Joan de Alicante’s oncologic day hospital’s expansion.
The construction works are expected to start in October and should be finished twelve months later. The expansion area will be approximately 1.298 sqm and the building will be set separately from the rest of the hospital complex.
