The project includes 22 fractions, amongst which 12 new houses and 10 rehabilitated apartments, explained Maria Ramalho Fontes, in charge of Marketing and Designer at RAR Imobiliária. The project doesn’t have fixed dates yet.
At the moment, RAR is concluding the Quinta do Paço do Lumiar project, in Lisbon, which is currently in the finishing stages, should be fully concluded in 2020 and only has 3 units on sale.
Besides this project, RAR Imobiliária’s focus is also on the Novo Parque project – located in Matosinhos (Porto) –, which is estimated at 22 million euro and which should be «officially presented during the first quarter of 2020», advanced Maria Ramalho Fontes in an interview to VI. This project will have a total 70 apartments, six of them one-bedroom apartments.
At the close of 2019, RAR’s turnover should be of around 16 million, 23.8% less than the 21 million registered last year. The EBITDA should reach 4.5 million euro, 25% less than last year and the net result should be 1.5 million, a trend that José António Teixeira, president of the developer explained with the shorter number of projects, stating that there was no break in sales, quoted by Negócios.
